Wichita weather: Warm, with a chance of showers

It’ll be warm and windy in the Wichita area today, forecasters say, with a chance of showers tonight.

Highs should be in the low 90s, with sunny to partly cloudy skies. Southerly winds will be light, staying in the single digits.

Clouds will move in tonight, bringing with them a chance of showers tonight and Thursday. The National Weather Service reports that the strongest storms should be north of a line from Great Bend to Hutchinson to Eureka.
